A new computer program can be useful for work, keeping track of household expenses, and editing family photos. However, getting it installed doesn’t always go as expected. You might see an error message, have trouble activating your purchase, or find that the setup stops halfway through. Our software installation service gives you someone to call when you need help getting started.
At MS-I Consulting, we provide software installation at homes and offices in Union County, New Jersey. We’ve been fixing computers since 1998, and we’ll explain what’s happening in plain language. Just tell us which program you want to install and whether you’ve already tried setting it up.
A few details will help us prepare for the visit:
- Your computer: What computer are you using, and which program do you want to add?
- Your purchase: Do you have a download link or a code to activate the software?
- Older versions: Is there a previous version still installed?
- Additional computers: Let us know if you need it on another machine so we can check what your license covers.
We’ll work through the software installation and check that the program opens afterward. If something prevents us from completing the setup, we’ll explain the issue and discuss what needs to happen next. You’ll also have a chance to ask any questions before we leave.
